No one knows the origins of creature.. It comes out from the shadows and smells you, it toys with you walking around and making noises to startle the victims, once he feels your presence it begins a fierce chase sprinting at full speed, you will mostly die before hiding somewhere safe in time, so pray that the lift it's close to escape! 

And don't attempt to lock the doors..  It is the strongest creature from Floored..
